Principal Maxillofacial Prosthetist/Reconstructive Scientist HCS
The regional department delivers a full range of Maxillofacial Prosthetics and is an accredited centre for training through the National School of Healthcare Sciences, as part of the National Scientific Training Programme( Reconstructive Science) The department is well equiped with a wide range of specialised technologies.
There will be opportunities for research and development as part of career development
The department has a dedicated Biomedical Technician and Polyjet printers along with FDM printers to allow for Custom PSI Implants
The department is committed to incorporating new technologies within our working
practices. The candidate must be highly motivated and be prepared to fit in with team
requirements

There are strong links with Birmingham Children’s Hospital and other local hospitals.
