2015 AGM ELECTION OFFICERS TO COUNCIL NOM FORM
To be valid The Honorary Secretary must receive completed nomination forms on or before Thursday the 26th April 2015 in original hard copy, electronic mail cannot be accepted.
Written testimonies, as requested below, should be no more than 250 words in length, in typed form and signed by the author. All signatories must be in good standing with The Institute of Maxillofacial Prosthetists and Technologists and hold a Full or higher Membership level.
