Please note, failure to maintain your annual payment may require you to re-apply for membership, and at full member level you may have to undertake professional evaluation through the Assessment Interview Board (AIB). Bank account details can be found in the 'payment of annual subscriptions' document at the bottom of this page.

The Institute of Maxillofacial Prosthetist’s and Technologists (IMPT) is committed to being inclusive and open to all sections of the community. The diversity information you provide will be stored by the IMPT Equality and Diversity Officer and will enable the IMPT to monitor the effectiveness of achieving our equal opportunities objectives and meet our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Effective monitoring is an important tool for measuring performance and progress towards equality and diversity and in ensuring a truly inclusive working environment.
The IMPT is required to publish diversity information annually to demonstrate compliance with legal duties and ethical responsibilities, including but not limited to the Public Sector Equality Duty, the Professional Standards Authority’s EDI Standard and the broader Equality Act 2010 and Human Rights Act 1998.
The information you give will be held on both manual and electronic systems by the IMPT. Any other disclosures will only be made if we are required to do so by any court order similar process, or as required by law.
